Complete Pre-Licensing Education
To move forward, enroll in a Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC)-approved pre-licensing course. The course consists of 63 hours of instruction on topics such as real estate principles, practices, and laws—equipping you with the essential knowledge to succeed in the real estate field.
