The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires all Sales Associates to complete the 45-hour Post License course before their first license renewal deadline.
⚠️ Important Notice:
There is NO grace period.
Failure to complete the Post License course before your renewal deadline will result in your license becoming null and void.

Step 2: Complete the course and pass the end-of-course exam before your renewal deadline
Step 3: Pay your renewal fee to the DBPR before your renewal deadline
