For example, instead of simply memorizing the definition of an easement, understand what an easement allows someone to do and how it can affect real property.

Focus on understanding first. Memorization becomes much easier afterward.

2. Ignoring Real Estate Math

Real estate math becomes much easier with repetition. Practice calculations involving topics such as:
